Countries map - Add France Regions in addition to France Departments #25672

What we would like to have as a result in the Countries map chart :

france_departments

Description

In addition to France's Departments, there is a need to simply map France's Regions (the new ones).

Dataset would be from IGN (National Geographic Institute) and feature's id mapping will follow ISO 3166-02

Design input

We could follow what has been done for Italy's Regions (sample line in code base: https://github.com/apache/superset/blob/master/superset-frontend/plugins/legacy-plugin-chart-country-map/src/countries.ts#L210)
