As mentioned in #5562 (comment):
The malformed Etag causes the write returns metadata tests to fail. As a result, I've disabled the ceph_rados_s3 action for now.
Ceph has already submitted a PR: ceph/ceph#60477 to address this issue. Once the fix is applied. we can re-enable the action.
