Hey, this is the MXNet Label Bot. |
@olegmikul Thank you for reporting the issue. Have you ever tried to build MXNet with a lower version of GCC. AFAIK, neither MXNet nor MKL-DNN is verified with GCC 9.x. |
Will try MXNET with gcc-7. Right now I have compiled and installed MKL-DNN with GCC 9.1 - no problems. |
Tried with gcc-7. Got different error: |
Ummm, It's strange. Can you do |
Yes, I did make clean and git submodule update --recursive --init Still the error. Log: |
Sorry if the log below is too long, but it may help - I copied all building process: |
Thanks for sharing the log @olegmikul. I cannot reproduce the issue. The build passed successfully with GCC 7.3.1 on my machine. What's the your MKL version? Can you build MXNet with |
Hi @olegmikul, the error of compiling MKL-DNN with GCC 9+ should be fixed in the v0.20 release of MKL-DNN. I'm working on upgrading the submodule dependency of MXNet. You can try to see whether PR #15422 works for you. |
Should be fixed via #15422 . Feel free to reopen if the problem is still there. |
