[DOC] Linkis architecture docs are not standardized and unified, some even missing

• I had searched in the issues and found no similar feature requirement.

Problem Description

For example:

1. The directory structure and document nameing are not unified;
2. The doc structure and chapters are not unified, some are too sketchy;
3. Some modules' architecture docs are missing, for example in MGS we modified Eureka's service discovery mechanism, but not documented.
