The action associated with the logged-in user when querying metadata can be used as a configurable item.
For example: linkis.metadata.permission.with-login-user-enable, the default value is true,
For scenarios that do not need to be associated, users can set this configuration item to linkis.metadata.permission.with-login-user-enable=false.
