Problem Description

Linkis historical engine information display requirements need to complete the display and search functions of historical EC information, and support paging.

1. Ordinary personnel: can only display the engine started by themselves, background control
2. Managers: can display all historical EC information
3. Support viewing logs on the right side of EC
4. Need to support search

Linkis历史引擎信息展示需求，需要完成历史EC信息的展示和搜索功能，支持分页。

1. 普通人员：只能够展示自己启动的引擎，后台控制
2. 管理人员：可以展示所有历史的EC信息
3. 在EC右侧支持查看日志
4. 需要支持搜索
   入口：资源管理新增历史引擎tab，点击就拉数据进行跳转
   

展示页面：

搜索条件支持：
实例名称：如127.0.0.1:1234
创建者：输入框
起始时间：默认为今天，参考全局历史展示
引擎类型：下拉框
