Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge?

I tried to perform the parse and unparse roundtrip for the SQL:

SELECT 1

However, I got the error message

 NotImplemented("Unsupported operator: EmptyRelation")

Describe the solution you'd like

The unparse rule for EmptyRelation should be hanlded in datafusion/sql/src/unparser/plan.rs.

Describe alternatives you've considered
