Launch Config Wizard Checkbox selection area too large

Checkboxes are selected even when mouse is far to the side of the actual box...

Mouse pointer changes from arrow to pointing finger when vertically aligned with checkbox.
With mouse vertically lined with checkbox, but far to the right, empty checkbox color changes:

Clicking (with mouse still off to the side) results in checkbox getting checked.

Filled checkbox can be cleared with mouse far to the right, but box color does not change color with vertical mouse positioning.
Seems to occur only with mouse to the right of the checkbox, not left -- but there's not much room to the left anyway.

Found on Windows with 1.4.0 rc1, not sure if this happens on Linux.
