Migrate klaemo/couchdb to apache/couchdb

The ASF Infra team have control of the top-level apache namespace, and a number of Apache top-level projects publish images there. We should be able to get them to give us access to move our images to apache/couchdb.

It'd be nice if we could do this for the 2.1 timeframe.

Hi @garrensmith , ASF Infra are adding your name to the Docker Hub organisation (see here). It should be completed by the time you wake up. Once that's done, please push all of our current images mentioned in the README.md file out to the new apache/couchdb namespace.

We can then separately handle the 2.1 release.

2.1.0 is published. I am currently moving the other images over (except for 2.0.0, which we'll deprecate now that 2.1.0 is available.)

Once that's done we'll move ahead with #7.

The following images are now available:

apache/couchdb:1.6.1
apache/couchdb:1.6.1-couchperuser
apache/couchdb:2.1.0

And per Apache policy, we cannot provide the dev image. Closing.
