Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.

Currently delete_stream for MicrosoftAzure performs individual delete requests (although concurrent) even though Azure supports bulk requests for deletes.

Describe the solution you'd like

Implement bulk_delete_request for Azure through the BlobBatch API.
