Since it's under Sync up Zoom calls, shall we add something like the Zoom link will be shared in the Google doc before the meeting starts. I'm afraid people will be asking about the link in Slack and dev mailing list.

There was a bit of an issue with the zoom link today for the sync call -- by updating the shared agenda it was disseminated, but I want to make that easier to do in the future, with less confusion
Thus, remove the explicit zoom link and instead leave it in the agenda item
