Describe the bug

When we added the ASF headers to the helm chart, I failed to re-test resulting in this error when trying to deploy:

Error: INSTALLATION FAILED: unable to build kubernetes objects from release manifest: error validating "": error validating data: apiVersion not set
helm.go:84: [debug] error validating "": error validating data: apiVersion not set
helm.sh/helm/v3/pkg/kube.scrubValidationError
	helm.sh/helm/v3/pkg/kube/client.go:643

To Reproduce

helm install ...

Expected behavior

The install works
