Describe the bug
The scheduler UI loads but is not functional. It is built in production mode which means that the proxy no longer works.

We need to set up the proxy in nginx instead.

To Reproduce
Start the scheduler container and go to port 80.

Expected behavior
Should not show an error saying that the scheduler isn't running.
