因项目需求，目前在proTable使用了renderFormItem去自定义了我们自己的通讯录组件；
但通讯录组件底层是使用TreeSelect的，但因为同一个人可能会出现在不同的部门层级中，为保证TreeSelect的正常使用；
将Tree的value唯一了，但此时传出去的value并不是理想中的值。
请问如何去在Form Item 的onChange事件中加入我们自己的特殊处理呢？
