Extend add_trace_characteristics and export legend capabilities to Maxwell Reports

Description of the feature

• The method add_trace_characteristics is not avaiable for the Fields clsss in Maxwell, since they have been defined for HFSS/Eye diagrams.

After creating trace characteristics, in order to to enable a new workflow, I would need to export the computed values to a file, as perfomed by the GUI command Export Legend, mapped by the Native API ExportTable, plesee see the attached screenshots:

Steps for implementing the feature

• Porting the method add-trace_characteristics to the Maxwell Field Class
• Wrapping the Native API ExportTable to enable the next step
