  • The S in OpenShift needs to be capitalized everywhere
  • “Virtual Machine Name” field label should be capitalized
  • URL should be capitalized in “VMware URL to ESXi”

Update the APB to improve usability:
 - Correct plan titles and descriptions
 - Spell OpenShift and VMware properly

Fixes #7 and #8.

“Virtual Machine Name” field looks good
VMware & vCenter also look good
VMware url to EXSi in "import a vm from vmware using virt-v2v" looks good
'openshift' still needs a fix in "import a vm from vmware using virt-v2v", or should it be removed like it was removed from import vm apb?
