Docker images are built based on registry.access.redhat.com/ubi8 image. The centos:8 build was deprecated and now is obsolete. This patch replaces old centos:8 based Dockerfile with a symlink to Dockerfile.rhel8 and updates CI build script to use the default Dockerfile location. The Dockerfile.rhel8 file is unchanged for compatibility with other build systems. No-Issue
