Build out helm template values for AWX manifest

Feature Summary

I've been really impressed by the new method of building helm charts through the makefile. I would like to contribute to this process by fleshing out the values file with the options that would fill up the AWX manifest. I think this would round out the functionality of this chart by completing it with an awx deploy, and make the configuration options easier. It will also and give people more flexibility/an easy path towards understanding the different customization options available.

I plan to get started on this soon but wanted to get any feedback in terms of options that should be included or advice.
