SUMMARY

The hcloud library is about to drop support for python <=3.7.

Since we embed the hcloud library in the collection, we will need to drop support for python <=3.7 as well to be able to upgrade the hcloud package.

We are about to release a new major version for this collection, I think that would be a good time to drop python <=3.7.
