• Update documentation overview
• Change default branch to "main"
• Set up branch protections (can they be added automatically from the template or otherwise?)
• ensure action_groups is set up (like Add meta/runtime.yml google.cloud#335)

Background:

• Moving content from collections in Ansible 2.10 to collections currently outside, or: should we add new collections to 2.10.x? overview#117 (reply in thread)
• Community Working Group Meeting Agenda ansible/community#539 (comment)

I've set up branch protections and we need to open PRs to add the repo to Zuul.
