Clean text-only single "complete" version

So, I ran through all the bundles and generated a "simpler" version of the repo. Each zip file corresponds to one commit. I also cleaned up the formatting a bit using fold, but there are still many issues.

The conversion code is at https://github.com/captn3m0/TheConstitutionOfIndia/tree/complete. You can run complete.sh and it would regenerate the repo from scratch.

The simpler version is available at https://github.com/captn3m0/constitution

I can file a PR for the complete branch, but I'm not sure if it makes sense.
