Mainnet readiness: user/consumer experience

Objective:

• Ensure that users of Namada (through the CLI and SDK provided in this repository) have a consistent, reliable experience, where all desired features are provided.
• Investigate, understand, and address all user-submitted reports of undesired or unexpected behaviour.
• Ensure that the CLI and SDK interfaces are consistent and reasonably future-proof.
• Stabilize the CLI and SDK interfaces so that external scripts and code can start to rely on them.
• Ensure that the Ledger application is correct and complete for the current Namada core protocol.
