The staking reward addresses are no longer relevant - rewards will be instead auto-bonded (https://specs.anoma.net/master/architecture/economics/proof-of-stake/reward-distribution.html)

Ah yeah this was address in #687, looks like it was a duplicate with #498. Let's close it.
