Autocomplete .jvc input files for core {eval, read} commands

Currently the juvix dev core eval and juvix dev core read commands autocomplete input files with extension ".juvix". We should change this to autocomplete files with extension ".jvc" because this is the chosen extension for Juvix Core files.
