Add zoom boxes to maps of Pacific islands

Just like islands of the Antilles, islands in the Pacific (notably) could use zoom boxes for more precise identification. The zoom boxes may allow some of the maps to then be zoomed out a little to provide more regional context.

Are there any news on this issue ? Oceania countries are the only ones I get wrong now. They always go into leeches

FWIW I'm not convinced that zoom boxes are the best solution for the problem here.

In this case, we don't have closely-spaced, small islands that are hard to distinguish, but long island chains whose extent and relative location (relative to its "neighbours") is not clear.

I think that sea/ocean borders might be more useful here. For instance, see something like this or this, (obviously this doesn't fit our standard map conventions/style). This would allow learners to use the same spatial orientation as for "normal" land borders.

(These wouldn't have to be "continuous" borders like in the above example, but just "partial" lines like we already have for some of the Caribbean maps.)

Natural Earth seems to have the relevant data, so this should be doable.

@aplaice after seeing the maps you linked, I am also convinced sea/ocean borders are the way to go.

I'll be happy to contribute so will try to create maps that are consistent with the style of the deck. According to CONTRIBUTING.md, they come from wikimedia
