Identified in #1 (comment). I could trace back some of the discussions we had on styling to #134, but there were others.

Locator maps have styling discrepancies, notably when it comes to colors, stroke widths, and minimaps. Below are just a few examples.

Dominant style 1

"fuller" blue for water
light country borders, thinner and thinner at lower zoom levels

with taller minimap:

Dominant style 2

"fuller" blue for water
dark, thick country borders

with thicker strokes for littorals and in minimap:

Dominant style 3

ligther blue for water
lighter yellow for land
semi-transparent box in minimap

with thicker strokes in minimap:

with smaller minimap and parent country highlighted (other countries greyed out):

with inconsistent minimap in top-right-hand corner:
