pred_traj_4x4[:,:3,-1] = pred_traj_4x4[:,:3,-1] * scale

bcuz the first pose is copied from gt pose and well scaled.
try

pred_traj_4x4[1:,:3,-1] = pred_traj_4x4[1:,:3,-1] * scale
