We currently (introduced in #67) allow for creating a config file that is stored in a fixed route in ~$HOME/.config/aries-cli/config.ini.

Nice to have would be the option to store this in any reasonable path. This should be optional and the default should remain what is introduced by #67.

Fixed with the --config=<PATH> or -o=<PATH>
