Datepicker

• Fix ng-model-options for the datepicker (ng-model-options with datepicker #5825)

Dropdown

• Add support for positioning up or down (or auto) with the dropdown (Investigate ability to remove replace: true in components #5712 - dependent on Modify positionElement to account for height/width #5918)
• Focus dropdown after selection (uib-dropdown breaks tab order #5782)
• Fix keyboard-nav when using with append-to-body (Dropdown keyboard-nav doesn't work with dropdown-append-to-body #5965)

$position

• Refactor the positioning mechanism to include height/width dimensions for $uibPosition.positionElement method and remove timeout/deferred positioning logic to fix various edge issues (Modify positionElement to account for height/width #5918)

Tooltip

• Add support for tooltip-trigger (Tooltip-trigger "input" hides the tooltip on every second keystroke #5221)

Typeahead

• Remove coupling to li tag element with typeahead dropdown (typeahead expects li in template #5848)
• Deduplicate id attribute in typeahead (Typeahead with show-hint enabled focuses wrong input field on label click #5926)

@wesleycho it looks like #5983 is done so is the dropdown checkbox item completed or is that dependent on the replace: true issue? If the latter, we talked about pushing the rest to a subsequent release so we can get 2.0 out the door. Thoughts?
