Is it possible to make menu for Dropdown button intelligent enough to expand upwards when there is no visible space below, but plenty at the top?

If not, can we at least force it to do so?

This would make a very nice feature, making it usable across all devices, and not just desktop.

Left/Right automatic expansion would make sense also.
