Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Mantis is pretty slow, and requires us to copy data, reformat it, etc.

Describe the solution you'd like
See which of the features we currently use Mantis for are already supported in Napari. Also check how much work it would be to visualize our images using Napari.
