New tab page shows website previews shrunken and in top left of preview #281
Comments
High DPI thumbnail preview image creation issue. Need to figure out a way to prevent this. |
ok, thanks |
update: seems that it only happens on macos for me |
This bug seems to happen to me when I move Firefox to my main monitor, which is 2560x1440, yet the tab was last rendered on my secondary monitor which is 1366x768. This might be a bug relating with relying on current window size instead of the size of the rendered contents. Same bug happens vice-versa, except it crops the thumbnail instead of having black areas |
Are any of the monitors running a different DPI setting? |
Nope, both are 96 DPI. |
