Will see something like this from get_iplayer:

Matches:
653: Ratatouille - -, BBC One, Animation,Children's,Drama,Films,TV, default

INFO: 1 Matching Programmes
INFO: Ratatouille - - (b01390j4) Already in history (/home/.../.get_iplayer/download_history) - use --force to override

This results in the recording stopping as soon as it has started. Really this should pop up a confirmation dialog on whether to re-record the programme. We should maybe add force by default where the recording has been deleted.

If we force and the file exists we get something like:

There were 2 errors while recording:
WARNING: File /home/.../.totem-get-iplayer/Ratatouille_-_b00tqh7w_default.mp4 already exists
ERROR: Failed to record 'Ratatouille - - (b00tqh7w)'
