2021 Expansions and Supplemental Sets

Keyrune now includes all of the unofficial symbols for the 2021 announced expansions and supplemental sets: Kaldheim, Strixhaven: School of Mages, Time Spiral Remastered, Dungeons & Dragons: Adventures in the Forgotten Realms, Modern Horizons 2, Innistrad Vampires, and Innistrad Werewolves.

Some of these symbols use 2 separate glyphs and Keyrune now supports that via .ss-duo if you want that look. This is going to be how we handle dual-layered set codes in the major v4 release too.

Core Set 2021 and Summer Sets

Core Set 2021 now has its correct symbol, along with new set symbols for Double Masters, Jumpstart, and Signature Spellbook: Chandra.

2020 Prerelease and GPL

This release contains the 2020 announced sets (Theros: Beyond Death, Ikoria: Lair of Behemoths, Core 2021, and Zendikar Rising), the official ELD symbol, and symbols for Game Night 2019 and Ponies: the Galloping.

Importantly, this also is the first release with the license change to GPL 3.0 for the non-font files. Those are still and will always be SIL OFL (currently 1.1).

Throne of Eldraine

Throne of Eldraine and Commander 2019 symbols included. All Sass files have been refactored and this is the first version where the SVG source files are going to be distributed.

Signature Spellbook: Gideon

New icons for Signature Spellbook: Gideon (SS2) and Mirage (MIR), which has now been corrected with a more accurate symbol from WOTC. This version also includes a fix for the desktop font issues, which has been corrected going forward.

War of the Spark

Release includes unofficial symbols for War of the Spark (WAR) and Modern Horizons (MH1) and everything up to this point. Continuing Bower support after a hiatus with this release but considering phasing these out entirely in favor of NPM and jsDelivr soon.

Ixalan Release

New official sets announced by Wizards with official icons released: Ixalan Block (Ixalan and Rivals of Ixalan), a new supplemental set called Explorers of Ixalan, and a new un-serious set called Unstable. This release also includes a corrected and now-official icon for Hour of Devastation.

Archenemy: Nicol Bolas

Recently spoiled card images show a new set symbol for Archenemy: Nicol Bolas, with a new confirmed set code (e01). Updating the icon and changing the set code, though we're still awaiting a higher resolution source image to make this accurate.

IDW Promo

Added the IDW Promo symbol and cleaned up the glyphs for Alpha, Beta, Unlimited, and Revised. They had previously been split into multiple layers for some reason and now they're one unified glyph.

Major Set Symbol Cleanup

This major point release includes a number of set symbol corrections after comparing the Keyrune version with high resolution card scans. Updates were made to 4th Edition through 8th Edition, Mirage, Visions, Portal 2, and Shadowmoor. The original Ice Age logo was added as an alternate version.

There are also new icons for unofficial "sets" or compilations, including Collector's Edition, International Collector's Edition, APAC Lands, Euro Lands, Two Player Introductory Set, and Alternate 4th Edition.

Finally the documentation site got a cool new update with "icon previews": clicking a symbol on the Icons page will show a large preview with some functions, and you can link directly to icons on that page. More to come in the readme.
