I'm trying to set a switch with the two factor setting, I send the voice command to google it asks me for confirmation or the pin and interrupts the command. Can you post an example flow or explain how to use it well?

Hi @umibozu83 ,

The way it should work is for example:

  • (me) "Hey google turn off the ventilation"
  • (google home) "Are you sure you want to turn off the ventilation?"
  • (me) "Yes"
  • (google home) "Ok, turning off ventilation"

Unfortunately there's a bug in Google Home for me as well where secondary verification doesn't work correctly. After it asks if I'm sure, it just turns off and doesn't accept a response.

However, it does work correctly on my phone (with the old assistant, not with Gemini) or via Android Auto.
I think their integration with Gemini broke things.
