如何安装tesseract-ocr呢？ #20

很幸运我发现了这个项目，但是我不明白我应该怎么安装tesseract-ocr呢？

我尝试通过pip install tesseract-ocr来安装它，然后报错vc14找不到，后来我安装了vc14，再运行依旧报错。

allheaders.h我也不知道去哪里获取它，感觉特别无助。

然后我尝试通过README.md中的链接去下载tessertact-ocr，但是我不明白那个链接应该怎么使用，可能我太懒了不想去研究这个链接里面的内容。

对，我就是个伸手党，希望各位大神能大发慈悲，给我讲解一下应该怎么安装tesseract-ocr，不胜感激

差个.net framework的运行环境，看着应该是要装一个2015的包。百度一下最后那个错误 Visual Studio 14
