希望能增加webdav的相关支持 #206

昨天下了80多g，差点把路由器干爆。所以就想能不能支持webdav的。
具体就是
1.先下载到本地进行处理（转码啥的），处理完成之后在上传到webdav那里（设置有一个缓冲区，毕竟不是能马上就上传完文件）

有一个项目叫davfs2, 可以把webdav挂载到文件系统
或许你可以挂载下来后填挂载路径以实现这个功能

试过rclone挂载alist的网盘到本地，然后io延时爆炸直接寄了
