User story

As a user
I want to use CAN-FD for flashing the ECU
So that I can update the ECU in a CAN-FD network

Acceptance criteria

Implement CAN-FD in Can Wrapper
Allow setting CAN-FD in GUI
For now just use the same ISO-TP Layer ("pretend" it's not CAN-FD, as CAN-FD ISO-TP is different)

Definition of done (DoD)

Code review has been completed
Code has been merged
Feature branch has been deleted
Update method signatures in architecture diagram
MCU & GUI build after merge
