Show some more Information in the Views Titles

User story

1. As a User
2. I want to see a lot of information
3. So that I can easily explore my apache pulsar instance

Acceptance criteria

• In each view the number of shown elements shall be show as a number in braces. Example: Available Topics (42)
• Below the title of the view there should be a subtitle containing further aggregations of the previewed data:
  • Cluster view: total number of shown tenants, total number of shown namespaces
  • Tenant view: total number of shown namespaces, total number of shown topics
  • Namespace view: total number of shown topics
  • Topic view: total number of shown producers, total number of shown subscriptions

Definition of done (DoD)

• Feature is done when the acceptance criteria are fullfiled
• Feature is done when there are test where it is necessary and they pass
• Feature is done when the linter passes
• Feature is done when it is merged onto our main branch (after the code has been reviewed by at least one other person)
• Feature is done when the code has been documentend or commented properly

DoD general criteria

• Feature has been fully implemented
• Feature has been merged into the mainline
• All acceptance criteria were met
• Product owner approved features
• All tests are passing
• Developers agreed to release
