User story

  1. As a company
  2. I want / need the email address of my employees to be verified before registration
  3. So that no fake employees register to book my resources

Acceptance criteria

  • Verification email is sent to user after registration
  • User has to verify himself via some content in that email
  • User only appears in the user request section of the admins' user management page if his email was verified

Definition of done (DoD)

  • The code has been peer-reviewed by at least one team member
  • The documentation was updated if necessary
  • The bill of materials was updated if necessary
  • Working dev setup was created

DoD general criteria

  • Feature has been fully implemented
  • Feature has been merged into the mainline
  • All acceptance criteria were met
  • Product owner approved features
  • All tests are passing
  • Developers agreed to release
