User story

  1. As a product manager
  2. I want / need to recognize different nodes-&edge-types quickly and intuitively
  3. So that I know how the underlying data is structured

Acceptance criteria

  • Applied on both Hierarchical and Graph layout-page
  • Filterbuttons and nodes/edges are colored consistently
  • For each type of node/edge use a different color
  • Colors should be used from this palette up to "200":
    https://material-ui.com/de/customization/color/
  • Reiterate over possible colors if too many nodes/edges
  • Checkbox to keep edges black/grey vs colorize (Filtermenu & Graph)

Definition of done

  • Documentation conform with tsdoc
  • Reviewed with 4 eyes principle
  • Understandable documentation for developers
