Improve UX for servers sheet

1. Swipe doesn't work if started over arrow button:
   
2. Swipe doesn't work if started over the list:
   ^{There's no point in scrolling up when it's at the top.}
   
3. Can't switch server when already connected. Would be appreciated if the app could disconnect automatically.

First two changes are primarily targeted at mobile devices since usually the most accessible area is the bottom middle-left side of the screen.
