Probabilistic Segmentation and Labeling of C. elegans Neurons Using Sinkhorn Expectation Maximization Algorithm

Installation

Some pre-requisite packages must already be installed on your system all of which are included in Anaconda (pickle, numpy, scipy, matplotlib, sklearn, pytorch, pyro).

Running the Demo

Navigate to the current folder using terminal, command line, or your IDE and run demo.py.
