This Commercial License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the author, Alex Macdonald-Smith ("Licensor"), and the licensee ("Licensee"). By using the software "mac-scrape" for commercial purposes, Licensee agrees to the following terms:

Grant of License: Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and distribute the software "mac-scrape" ("Software") for commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Commercial Use: Prior to using the Software for any commercial purpose, Licensee must contact Licensor to discuss and agree upon terms for commercial use, including any potential fees or revenue sharing.

Payment Terms: The specific terms of any payment or revenue sharing will be negotiated and agreed upon during the discussion between Licensor and Licensee.

Termination: Licensor may terminate this Agreement if Licensee fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all commercial use of the Software and destroy all copies in their possession.

Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) LICENSEE'S USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF LICENSEE'S DATA; (C) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SOFTWARE; OR (D) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SOFTWARE BY ANY THIRD PARTY.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indiana, USA.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of the Software for commercial purposes and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
By using the Software for commercial purposes, Licensee acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
