Using rpm-ostree rebase will poll for container updates to perform auto-updates.

The only thing that needs to be done is to setup provisioning so that the install rebases on the ZFS layer as part of ignition.

I misunderstood the previous paragraph. Zincati will NOT automatically check and apply rpm-ostree upgrade, even though it works.
