One of the basic hassles with launching a window is that you have to create it, then hook up to the signals of interest, then tell it to show itself and really go. This is to avoid a race condition where it shows and triggers a signal prior to getting an emissions channel hooked to that signal. What if the windows had their own emissions channels?
