Add Bower support?

Hi and thanks for your package.

Could be possible to have a bower.json and bower.io registration?

It will free us of have to use this configuration:

"browser-logos": "alrra/browser-logos#~3.1.2"

And we can just use this:

"browser-logos": "3.1.*"

And get last updates. 👍
