Feature: Check-all

The system already has checkboxes:
https://design-system.service.gov.uk/components/checkboxes/

Would it be useful to include a check-all option? We found a need for something similar in our project, so perhaps others have needed this too?

Of course it'd be JS-driven, but the option to 'select all' could be removed if JS is disabled, so it's an enhancement...

Eg.
[] Check all
[] Option 1
[] Option 2
[] Option 3

The first option would also track the state of the other options, so if you checked everything, it'd automatically check itself...

Hey Martin,

Thanks for raising this! This is the repo for the Prototype Kit, but this would be a new feature to a component in the Design System.

I think this would be better placed (and more visible) if it was added as a comment on the Design System backlog issue for Checkboxes – would you mind adding this as a comment there instead?

Sorry for any confusion! I appreciate there's a lot of repos and it's not always clear where this stuff should go.
