Instead of queuing them along execution requests

If InterpreterToIOInterpreter is passed a single-threaded
ExecutionContext, and Interpreter.asyncComplete isn't overridden,
completion requests should still be processed sequentially anyway.
Makes it easier to find them back (with nteract on OS X in particular)
