mouse gene synonyms not listed on search result summary pages

On summary pages after a search, the mouse gene synonyms are not appearing. The synonyms do appear on the mouse gene detail pages.

this sounds like a quartermaster issue. similar to the errant phenotype summary issue also reported by @cindyJax.

It appears as if the synonyms are being loaded into ElasticSearch (via data provided by the Quartermasters) because they are displayed on the Gene Report page (but not the hitlist).

The hitlist is also showing Symbol.Raw and Synonyms.Raw which are internal ElasticSearch / Backend values. Definitely some weirdness occurring.

We think it might be a highlighting issue?
